Katrine Scott-Findlay lives and paints in Canberra, Australia.  She started watercolour painting in 2001 after a long career in nursing. 

She has benefited greatly from attended master classes and workshops with many renowned Australian Botanical Artists such as Jenny Phillips, Bronwyn Van de Graff, Beverley Allen  among others as well as formal training in watercolour techniques with Noel Ford.

Katrine is a member of the Botanical Art Society of Australis(BASA), the Wildlife and Botanical Artists Inc. ACT (WABA), The Artist's Society of Canberra (ASOC), the Sydney Royal Botanic Gardens and the National Botanic Gardens in Canberra.
